Our clients are primarily working professionals, contractors, NHS staff, and relocating employees. We vet all guests and do not allow parties or anti-social behaviour. 


Guests stay under licence agreements, not tenancy agreements, meaning they don’t gain tenancy rights. Removal is straightforward and swift compared to AST tenants. 


Our landlords are vital partners; their trust is the foundation of our business. We always pay rent promptly and treat every property with the highest level of care and respect. Many landlords work with us on multiple properties because of our consistent reliability.


Our success depends on maintaining an excellent reputation with landlords and estate agents alike, by delivering quality accommodation and dependable service. You can be confident that we prioritise both timely rent payments and the upkeep of your property. 


We cover all utility bills, council tax, Wi-Fi, and cleaning. Minor maintenance is handled by us. Major repairs remain the landlord’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. 


We conduct regular professional cleaning, inspections, and maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition, often better maintained than a regular AST.
